Who we are...

Cypress Hollow was built and formed in 2003 by Centex Home Builders. With just under 100 properties, Cypress Hollow is one of the smallest communities in Bexar County. It is conveniently located in the Medical Center Area off of Huebner Road and is 10 minutes from both 410 and IH-10.

Cypress Hollow is a small quiet family neighborhood with many children who now enjoy playing on the new and still growing playground.

Welcome to Cypress Hollow

Cypress Hollow was built and formed in 2003 by Centex Home Builders. With just under 100 properties, Cypress Hollow is one of the smallest communities in Bexar County. It is conveniently located in the Medical Center Area off of Huebner Road and is 10 minutes from both 410 and IH-10.

We are comprised of 4 streets and have no through access. We have 4 common areas and a newly installed playground that will add new features every year. Cypress Hollow is a quiet neighborhood that hosts many young families.

Membership

Cypress Hollow, HOA is a MANDATORY Association and ALL homeowners are members. The Association owns the common areas, but the owners have very specific rights and obligations with respect to the common area. Common areas in a planned community include the grounds, recreational areas, and the roads. Cypress Hollow, HOA maintains the common elements for the benefit of ALL owners in the development (all recreational facilities are for the exclusive use of the owners, tenants and/or invited guests).

We welcome ALL tenants to participate in the association and appreciate any contribution and have an anual meeting at the begining of the year at Rhodes elementary
