Cypress Springs Owners Association is a fee simple, mandatory membership, association consisting of 683 lots. The assessment for 1999 is $105.00 per quarter.

Amenities include: screened clubhouse with kitchen, 1 large pool, 1 kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, childrens playground and tot lot.

A pool key and ID tags are needed for use of the recreation amenities. These are available to all residents by contacting Lori Zarch, assistant to the association manager, at 407-644-4500 x248. There is no charge for the pool tags or the first key issued.

The current board meeting schedule is 7:00pm on the first Monday of each month, barring holidays. See the bulletin board in pool area for official meeting notices. Locations of meetings are the Cypress Springs Elementary School during school and the clubhouse during the summer (June through August).
