ABOUT THE DAYBREAK NEIGHBORHOOD

We are located at St. Elmo and Altruria and Egypt Central and Altruria, and near Quail Ridge Golf Course.

WHAT'S CLOSE

Daybreak is located in close proximity to area retailers like a
Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, CITGO, dry cleaners, nail salons, and even a florist. Quail Ridge Golf Course is very close and offers a spectacular golf experience. There are several schools and churches within just a few miles of the neighborhood.

NEIGHBORHOOD PRIDE

Daybreak's entrance lot is at the corner of St. Elmo and Altruria. The association takes care and pride in keeping the entrance lot attractive and well-kept. We have a beautifully landscaped brick Daybreak sign with the backdrop of an American flag. We plant seasonal flowers, keep the lawn mowed and shrubs trimmed routinely. At night the entrance sign is lit and the flag is flown over spotlights. Daybreak also has an active Neighborhood Watch program with signs posted on the major streets.

We are also proud of our 2007 Commerical Appeal Memphis Most award - Bartlett's Most Beloved Neighborhood.

Daybreak Homeowners' Association

The Daybreak Homeowners' Association is a membership-by-choice association. Our association exists to maintain an attractive and positive way of life in our area.

Cost For Membership

Membership is only $30.00 a year and helps us to cover the cost of:
*Lawn care for the area at our sign
*Water bill for the area at our sign
*Electrical bill for our sign
*Spring Fling Cookout (free to members)
*National Night Out
*Neighborhood watch programs in our neighborhood
*Printing cost for newsletters

COME JOIN US

We take pride in the appearance of Daybreak neighborhood and hope that the citizens who choose to live in our neighborhood will support that effort. It takes membership in our Association to balance our budget and make funds available to cover expenses on behalf of the entire neighborhood.
