Deale Beach Citizens Association
The DBCA is a 70 year old community association that has been incorporated for it's entire existence and although it is in fact a voluntary homeowners association it is the only local governing body for the Deale Beach subdivision.
DBCA is recognized by Anne Arundel County and the courts as representative of the residents in the Deale Beach subdivision. DBCA is a property owner and the governing body of many public water access properties located thoughout Deale Beach.
Because Deale Beach was platted prior to 1983 the DBCA is recognized as the "de facto" home owners association. DBCA is a strong grass roots organization that operates according to Robert's rules and subject to majority rule.
