We are a community organization that began in 1946. We are part of the Community Board 1 which supports the North Shore.
We have been consistent with our focus on the safety of our neighbors, the beauty of our neighborhood, and the quality of life of our community residents.
We have two islands that were beautified by the Parks Dept. and continue to be maintained by them. We have a traffic light with an arrow to improve the flow of traffic. We continue to fight for the arrests of vendors in the illegal bootleg CDs sales in the Forest Avenue Shopping Plaza.
Recently, we have yet another obstacle to our community. We need to continue to keep our community residential and keep abreast of any commercial interests on Decker Avenue.
