Free Landfill Drop-off Day is Saturday, May 1

Be sure to hang on to this month?’s utility bill statement. The water bill stub, not a photocopy, is your ?“ticket?” to the May 1 free Landfill Drop-off Day.
To use the service, you must take your truckload to a participating landfill on May 2 and bring your water bill stub.
One single rear axle truckload is allowed per customer. Regulations regarding acceptable Big Junk collection materials also apply to landfill drops.
May 1 is the first of the two free landfill drop-offs a year added as part of the residential trash service improvements. The next 2004 free Landfill Drop-off Day is August 28.
