Devon HOA Policies

1. Current HOA monthly fee is $39.93 per Lot.
2. Garbage container (black can) pickup day
is currently once a week on Friday.
3. Recycling container (blue can) pickup day
is currently once a week on Tuesday.
4. Cans must be concealed except during
collection times. The hours that cans may
be placed out are between 4pm the evening
before till 9pm the night of the collection
day.
5. Contact Jomar for the complete rules and
regulations document that governs all matters
within the Devon HOA.

About our association

Devon Homeowner's Association

Devon HOA has 135 homes and was formed
on December 21, 1994. The two builders
that constructed the homes in Devon were
Dietz Crane Inc. and Hacienda Builders.
Devon is the closest HOA to the Town of
Gilbert's municipal complex. Devon was
originally known as Settler's Point parcel B
as designated in the CC&Rs by the developers.

Devon Management

Devon HOA is currently managed by Jomar
Association Services of Chandler AZ. Our
current property manager is Candace Pickett. Jomar's phone number is 480-892-5222. The fax number for Jomar is 480-892-4333.

Monthly meetings of Devon HOA

Devon HOA currently meets once every month on the
last Thursday of the month. Most meetings are held
at Jomar's office, 3235 N. Washington St. Chandler
AZ. The office is located between Arizona Ave and
McQueen on N. Washington St. The time is usually
6:30 pm unless other stated.

We have tried to have the meetings at Settler's
Point Elementary School when it is available.
It is usually booked several months in advance.
The school district charges a fee to use the
facility.

There are currently Board positions available
including secretary, and members at large.
