The Devon HOA received a Water Wise Recognition
Program award plaque from the Town of Gilbert.
President Jerry Darr received the award plaque from Gilbert Mayor Steve Berman on February 3
2004, during a regular council meeting. Devon
was one of twenty HOA's receiving plaques for
not planting winter lawns (over seeding) and
thereby saving the Town of Gilbert several
million gallons of water. Devon alone was
estimated at saving 2.4 million gallons. The
plaque is available to all to see at Jomar's
office. A photo copy of the plaque is posted
along with the next Board meeting notice, at
the bulletin Board located at about the halfway
point of Devon Drive, next to the mail boxes.
