MEDIAN REPORT

Some of you may know that the City of Tucson is not going to be able to take
over the maintenance of the medians this year so we are doing the best we can
to trim, weed, spray, etc.

At the present time about six people are doing all of the work on over a mile of medians and we really need a few more volunteers. We have trimmed most of the trees and pulled out the dead Agave and weeds and the City picked it all up. There will be a lot more weeds as soon as the monsoons arrive.

Several of the medians have not been "adopted" and are becoming weedy and more littered. If you would be willing to help out in any way, please feel free to do so. Any help will be gratefully appreciated.
