Info posts still being immediately torn down by security nazi's. Ready to sell my premium garage unit for 280,000 and hope to god I find a cash buyer.

There are now 7 units for sale and nothing has sold all summer. 2 units have given up after 7 months and rentals being posted on boards. Redfin and Zillow not posting new condos for sale in Lakeridge right now so I suspect there are more than 7. Board is up for recall but are rigging the recall election with threats and fines against those trying to usurp their grip. I'm so glad this dump is not one of my main investments so I can watch this mess with some amusement. Would certainly like to hear from any board members if my information is a bunch of lies.

Lakeridge HOA informed residents of at least 3 pending lawsuits and 1 restraining order put on board president. Walking dog this morning and while doing so noticed some people going to a open house. One of many that are for sale. While looking at the outside of the unit there was a heavy undeniable odor of weed. People toke here 24-7. The buyers gave a nod to each other and hot footed it to their car. Ah the joys of tranquil Lakeridge.
