Our Mission

The mission of Dreams with Wings is to provide the highest quality support services and housing for individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities so that they can attain their highest level of potential.

Our Philosophy

Recognizing the human dignity of all persons, Dreams with Wings believes that people with developmental challenges should be afforded the same opportunities to better their lives as the general population. We believe that support with housing, employment, recreation and general life skills can be provided in a way that both challenges the individual to reach their potential and still allows them to live in a natural setting. This type of support is best provided by an organization that empowers both those it serves and its staff. Connecting, cooperating and collaborating with people is the key.
