Dunedin Homeowners Assoc.

Dunedin is a Planned Development of 30 homes, located off Sardis Lane from Providence Road.   The Development was started in 1990 and the final house was completed in 1997. 

Most of the homes are three bedroom two bath ranch style homes.  A few homes are 1 1/2 stories with a downstairs master suite. 

The homeowners association provides for lawn maintenance and care of the common area including a Walking Trail.

There are no houses currently for sale in Dunedin.   This is a perfect neighborhood for someone thinking of downsizing from a larger home.
