Possible Burglary stifled by watchful neighbor

In october in the four thousand block of Dunn near titus, a watchful neighbor noticed a strange face near his neighbors home, as he watched the man approached the neighbors house and preceded to look in the windows and, broke one out. The police were called and the man was apprehended.
