The East Central Neighborhood Association (ECNA)
The ECNA building is located at 1205 E. Lewis St., Fort Wayne, IN 46803.
The ECNA?’s membership meets the third Thursday of each month at the ECNA building. The ECNA is made up of dues paying members: residents, businesses and public or private organizations having interests and or offering services within the ECNA's established boundaries
The ECNA is located in the 5th Fort Wayne city council district. It is bounded by the Maumee River on the North, the end of the RR tracks at dead end of Winter St. to the South, Anthony Street to the East and Lafayette St to the West
