This is an independant website, created to keep the East Quincy Highlands I Homeowners current with the neighborhood happenings. Our management company does not offer a website to it's clients. And that is just one example of why we need to look at the option of hiring a new management company.

The HOA is an agreement between neighbors, not an agreement between you and Management & Maintenance. The Managemant company is OUR employee and they are in place to help us do some accounting, and give good advice on how to build a safe and friendly neighborhood. Your dues are helping to pay Joan Reid and associates. SO if you want a vote in what contractors are hired for our community, please be at the HOA meeting on July 25, 2005.
