Maintain the exterior of your home

1) All yards MUST be mowed/trimmed regularly

2) Yard lamp posts MUST be kept in working order

3) Inoperative vehicles MUST be kept out of view

4) Loose, damaged, or missing siding MUST be fixed

5) Mailboxes and posts MUST be maintained/uniform

6) Pet owners MUST control pets/clean messes

7) Do not dump trash in wooded areas

Gemini Management will send a violation letter to the homeowner when violations are reported. If further action is needed, we will proceed by any means necessary.

Crime Watch

If you notice any suspicious cars driving around or people checking out houses, call the police immediately!! Do not wait for something to happen before you report this. There are No Soliciting signs at the entrance of the community, if someone comes to your door ask them to leave and call the police. Keep garage doors down when you're not physically in the garage as someone could slip in and surprise you.
