Eastbrook Townhome Association

Eastbrook was established around 1984. Originally our community had only 170 townhomes. In approximately 1992 until the beginning of 1995 the additional townhomes were added on along with the second pool and spa as well at Stratford Place, our single family homes

How big are we?

In Eastbrook there are 292 townhomes ranging from around 700 sq feet to 1118 sq feet and from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. Stratford place consist of 49 single family homes ranging from 1500 sq feet to 1800 sq feet and from 3 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms.

What does your HOA fee pay for?

For Eastbrook - the assesments pay for water, sewer, garbage, roofs, landscaping of all common areas, common area electricity, the upkeep of the pools and spas and clubhouse (but not the rental fee), most of the painting of the townhomes, streets and minor repairs in the common areas. For Stratford the assesments pay for water in the front yard only, landscaping of all common areas which includes their front yards, common area electricity, the upkeep of the pools and spas and clubhouse (but not the rental fee), streets and minor repairs in the common areas.
