EACM was founded in 1990 to address the human needs of those living in Jefferson County east of the Watterson Expressway and north of I-64. EACM is a faith-based, social service organization that coordinates separate but integrated programs. EACM is a 501c3 not for profit organization.
NVP is celebrating 30 years of service to improve the quality of life of individuals in crisisby providing:
*Emergency financial assistance
*Clothes closet
*Food pantry
*Health resources
*Homeless prevention
*Special projects: Back to School, Christmas

This program strives to meet the needs of older adults by developing and sustaining programs that enable independent living, including:
*Meals on Wheels
*Rainbow of Opportunities Health Fair
*Seminars
Youth and Family Services
Youth and Family Services was founded to respond to the un-met needs of children, youth, and families in our community, including:
*Good Start for Kids provides essential baby care items for families in need.
*Project YES! focuses on middle school students experiencing problems with school attendance.
*Mentoring and Tutoring program
*Families in Transition provides court ordered divorce education.
