EVERGREEN NATURE PRESERVE

We are extremely pleased that we have the opportunity to share in the caring of 77 acres of a Beautiful Nature Preserve that is nestled right in the center of Our Neighborhood.
Evergreen Nature Preserve that is world renown by the spectacular opportunity to watch species of Birds not necessarily seen many other places, this doesn't include all of the thousands of plant & tree species.

About our association

EASTWAY/SHEFFIELD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Our Association includes the Neighbors of Eastway Park and Sheffield Park Neighborhoods. We have a very active Association which includes Residents that are original Homeowners from when the Neighborhood was established to many Single and Young Couples who have been moving in over the last few years.

Established Neighborhood

Eastway Park/Sheffield Park Neighborhoods were built in the mid 50's to early 60's. Homes are Brick, ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms with large backyards. We are in close proximity, 10 minute drive, to Downtown Charlotte, SouthPark Mall and 15 minute drive to the Campus of UNC Charlotte.

Desirable and Upcoming Neighborhood

Over the last 4 years Our Neighborhood has been written up several times by the Charlotte Observer, Creative Loafing and the Charlotte Magazine as well as the Realtors as the next up and coming Neighborhood. Because of the solid homes, with large lots that offer an established Neighborhood with close proximity to the Center of Town as well as Shopping.
