About Us
Eden Homeowners Association
The Eden Homeowners Association was created on June 28, 1992. The purpose of the Eden HOA is to promote, preserve and enhance the quality of life and values in the Eden Neighborhood. Meetings are held quarterly, usually at the Northside Police Station on Jones-Maltsberger.
Annual dues are $20.00, which is used primarily to maintain the duck pond and entryway on Tavern Oaks. A quarterly newsletter is also distributed to all residents.
