GENERAL INFORMATION

The Eden Home Owners Association is open to all residents of Eden Subdivision, homeowners and renters. Annual dues are $20. General Meetings are held quarterly at the Northside Police Substation, 13030 Jones-Maltsberger Road. All Eden neighbors and residents are cordially invited and encouraged to come and take a part in the life of your community.

NOTE: Curfew ordinance for juveniles 16 years or younger is 10:30 PM-6:00 AM on Sunday thru Thursday and between 12 Midnight-6:00 AM on Friday and Saturday.

Trash - Monday & Thursday
Recycling Pickup - Thursday
