Edenridge III is a beautiful, tree-lined community of 120 semi-custom homes located off of Mount Lebanon Road, adjoining Brandywine Creek State Park. Properties are approximately 1/2 acre in size and include spacious, partly wooded yards. We are conveniently located to central shopping, yet are secluded enough to provide a high level of privacy and quiet. We value our homeowners and the pride they take in maintaining our neighborhood.

Welcome

The Edenridge III Civic Association provides services and assistance to all homeowners in our neighborhood. Its primary mission is to contract snow removal and landscaping for the neighborhood streets and common areas, along with maintaining a relationship with county and state agencies, particularly public safety. The civic association is also the representative body for legislative issues in New Castle County and the state. We are a member organization of the Council of Civic Associations of Brandywine Hundred (CCOBH).
