The Club was originally founded as a not for profit black powder gun club. Today it is enjoyed by over 600 members involved in conventional arms shooting including pistols for target shooting, clay bird trap shooting for shotguns as well as target shooting with black powder arms. An archery range is available for those so inclined. Hunting and fishing information is shared at club meetings and in everyday conversation.
The club house is open nearly everyday. The rifle, pistol, and archery ranges are open from 9am til 9pm or dusk daily. Meetings are every first Thursday of the month starting at 7pm. All are welcome to join and enjoy the facilities. Individual membership is $25 per calander year and $30 per calander year for family membership.
Four times a year the Club puts on a Black powder shoot with various prizes to won. Dress and live for a weekend like our ancestors did or just enjoy those who do.
Every Sunday starting at 9am there is an open to everyone Clay Bird Trap Shoot. Cost is $3 per round, bring your own shotgun and ammo.
In April this Open Trap Shoot will be conducted on Wednesday evenings starting at 5pm.
