Above Ground Pools

Over the summer, the BOD addressed a couple of situations where residents had erected above ground pools that violated the existing covenants regarding pools. The residents were asked to take the pools down within a reasonable time period.

As a result, the BOD of directors was asked to address a petition to allow the "portable" type of above ground pools. These are the pools that can be put up at the beginning of summer and then taken down at the end. Most have ladders and filters and are larger than 10' in diameter and are commonly blue in color. The BOD will be addressing this issue over the coming months in a future petition to be voted on by the residents. As it currently stands, these types of above ground pools are not allowed under the covenants.

The BOD of directors will continue to address issues as they arise, but we also encourage you to ask us if you have any questions or are uncertain about any of the convenants or rules governing the neighborhood, especially regarding fences and pools.
