I see that there is a "preserve at Elk Creek" facebook page, but it only had 15 members. There is another FB page that looks like kids. Could we create a homeowners FB page to try to communicate with each other? Recently I received a notice about debris dumping, and I felt helpless trying to figure out who/what the letter was referring to.
