Emerald Pointe
Emerald Pointe is a family oriented community in San Antonio, Texas (Bexar County) off of Stahl Road and Green Mountain Road.
The neighborhood consists of 408 homes.
The Homeowners Association governs and maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in Emerald Pointe. Membership in the Association is mandatory for residents of the specified area and is detailed in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Emerald Pointe. Each homeowner is provided with a copy of these documents along with the Association by-laws. The Association is governed by three board of directors which is elected by the homeowners.
Emerald Pointe is located near northeast 1604 and Green Mountain Road. Nearby attractions and conveniences include super markets, restaurants, a mall, Retama Park, a movie theater, schools and parks. The neighborhood is part the North East Independent School District. The Association is managed by ProComm, a management company specializing in homeowner associations.
