Emerald Pointe - Green Mountain Homeowners Association

Recently one of the residents on Mackenzie have had a few people move into their home following the split of the couple.  These new very young people that have moved in all have very loud mufflerless cars, as well as crotchrocket motorcycles.  This is a family neighborhood with many small children living on Mackenzie one of their neighbors has new-born twins.  They have been reving their motorcycles at all hours of the night during week nights.  I personally have been woken up by them as well as my children.  They look like thugs hanging out in the driveway and as I am beginning the processes of selling my home due to a job relocation I am afraid this will make buyers even more hesitant.  Like I said previously their are many small children that live and sleep in this neighborhood.  It's one thing if you work late and drive a motorcycle and come home and just shut it off but these people are reving their engines. Even if I plan on leaving I know a lot of my neighbors that have children and are very unhappy with what has been going on on Mackenzie.  Please let me know if you are aware of this and are as unhappy with it as I am so that maybe we can get together with the HOA to get this problem remedied.
