Landscape Comm- dormant grasses will turn brown during winter.
Architectural Comm- a need to review current pocess
A presentation by New Urban West, a new development going in at the corner of Country Club and Broadway. An 18- hole golf course and 225 ?‘upscale?’ homes.

Landscape Comm- none
Architectural Comm- patios need to be kept clean and neat, not as storage.
Roof Vents ongoing installations.
Street resealing, Eveningside and Roundtree will be resealed and all Glens will have curbs repainted.
Winter tree trimming to commence as soon the as weather cools.
