Having purchased property in this planned unit development, you are automatically a member of the Escondido Hills Homeowners Association. Our Association consists of Court-homes (duplexes) and Townhouses (not Condominiums).


Escondido Hills is governed by a set of CC&R's that each home receives from the previous owner or through Escrow. There are two Association Board of Directors. The Courthomes (duplexes) and Townhouse owners all belong to the Homeowners Association, which meets each month (usually) on the first Wednesday of the month, 7:00 p.m., at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, corner of Nutmeg and Country Club.


The Townhouse Owners also belong to the Townhouse Owners Association, which meets on the same evening, immediately following the Homeowners Meeting, approximately 7:30 p.m.


All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings.
