About our association

Who is a Member of The Enclave Homeowners' Association?

There are 66 homes in The Estates at Forest Hills (formerly known as the Enclave at Ash Creek) -- and each household is a member of the Homeowners' Association. It is the goal of the HOA to provide a safe, beautiful, and pleasant place to live. Members are encouraged to participate in neighborhood activities and volunteer on the various HOA committees.

Assessments / Dues

Membership in the Homeowners Association is mandatory for all households. Dues assessments for the year 2017 are $275 per quarter, payable: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.  Checks should be made out to The Estates at Forest Hills and mailed to the treasurer:
