Since there is no speed bumps on Ne 2nd terrace.. people are using NE 2nd Terrace as sling - shots ..
they rev up their engines starting anywhere along Ne 2nd Terrrace -- and BAMM !!!
they are at the end of the street in 0.02 seconds...as a pass-thru to other parts of our neighborhood.
WE NEED SPEED BUMPS... ON NE 2ND TERRACE ALL ALONG THE CORRIDOR
"some kids" are getting older and they and their friends are not invested
in their neighborhood like "some" of us are.
