The Officers of the HOA (Home Owners Association) want to make sure that everyone in our community knows about the HOA and what our duties are to keep The Fairways at Scenic Hills the clean and pretty community intended from the beginning.

History of The Fairways at Scenic Hills

The first construction and sales began in 2003. There have been 3 home builders to date including Pulte, Choice and Cheldan. New construction continues.

Other HOA's in the area:

Some of our neighboring communities include Northcliffe, Scenic Hills, Fairhaven and The Links. These are separate communities from The Fairways at Scenic Hills.
