Section 32. Tree Protection. Trees on any Individual Lot will potentially be enjoyed by and benefit all residents in the subdivision, and consequently it is the intent of the Declarant and the Association to retain the overall character of the tree massing in the development. To prevent the unnecessary damage or death to existing trees, the Lot Owner, his architect, and/or builder is encouraged to refer to and follow Tree Care and Protection Procedures.
