While we're on the subject, what was the final outcome on the lime green paint job on Lake Path?  It's still ugly and not in compliance !

What shade of green is acceptable. Whats acceptable or ugly to one may not be to ugly or acceptable to another. Who judges? Walking the neighborhood, there are quite a few homes with green paint, albeit, different shades and or hue of green. Is there a color pallet we are supposed to chose from? Maybe the ACC members need to post or relate these issues at our next meeting? How is that home not in compliant?

This particular home is in non-compliance because the owner failed to submit their color request to the ACC prior to painting. The primary function of the ACC is to ensure that

the Association rules and regulations are followed.  These measures need to be in place to protect our property values and neighborhood appearance.  I agree with you that not everyones taste in color are the same, however, without some oversight you could wake up to a purple or orange house next door.  We're all in this together.
