    The Management co. and the HOA have legal council. If it is deemed necessary by either or both groups then legal action can and will be undertaken on behalf of the association.  It is within our best interests to take legal action only and after reasonable dialog between ourselves and offending parties has proven to be fruitless.  However, a court record search for Bexar county will

show that over 96% of the cases  filed have been awarded to the HOA's. These judgements have have included fines, property leins, forfeiture, and in rare instances jail time for Hoa covenant violations. It just depends on the circumstances . 

Spoke to a previous ACC member and that person told me that they did not approve the storage shed unit that has been constructed. What are the restrictions on a homeowner holding onto an approval letter before they build? Or do they have to resubmit documents for approval? Agin what are the height restriction for building a storage unit.

 If people are going to be allowed to paint house and trim any color, build storage sheds that are against restrictions and nothing is done then why do we have an ACCat all.Seems like people are doing what ever they want and nothing is ever done. The work on the storage shed on Lynne Kaye has not  stopped it  is now painted to match the house. Are all our property values going have to decline and the apperance look like the Glen before anything is done and then it will be too late. 

The ACC committee is alive & well.  There are three very concerned & competent residents who volunteer countless hours for free to represent our property values.  Do they have a magic wand, no.
