Management Specialists, Inc. maintains all financial records, oversees maintenance of the common area, and assists the Board of Directors in all other business affairs of the Farmington Assoication, and acts as a focal point for all related administrative services. If you have a concern over Management Specialist's performance call their Voice Mailbox Hotline, which is monitored by the owners. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Responses are made only during normal business hours. This number is not to be used for routine matters or first time reporting of problems or issues. It is only for use if you are unable to receive action or a resolution of a problem through normal means and wish to file a complaint.
