The Association has been formed to further the common interests of the Members(all homeowners). The Association, acting through the Board of Directors, has the power to do anything that may be necessary or desirable to further the common interest of the Members, to maintain, improve and enhance the common interest of the Members, to maintain, improve and enhance Association Properties and to improve and enhance the attractieness, aesthetics and desirabilty of Farmington

How do we keep the neighborhood up and running? With the monthly HOA fees you pay. The Association pays for: Association Insurance, Common Fence Maintenance, Common Area Grounds Maintenance & Irrigation, Snow Removal, periodical street sweeping, trash removal, general community repairs, and professional managment by Management Specialists, Inc.
