Rising Assessments- It Could Happen

The Farmington Board Members are trying to keep your monthly Association dues down. However, the cost of repairs of vandalized property in our neighborhood is rising. Recently, children from our neighborhood as well as nearby neighborhoods have damaged the gazebo and the park benches continuously, along with other areas. We have also received numerous complaints from homeowners that people are letting their dogs defecate in the park, and they are not cleaning up after them. Please remember - Board Members may be forced to vote in favor of raising dues next year to pay for any repairs caused by additional vandalism, upkeep of the playground equipment and installation of signs in the park reminding homeowners to pick up after their dogs. The Board thanks everyone for helping to keep assessments at their present level.
