Approval For Landscaping and Exterior
Improvements

All homeowners who will be doing landscaping or exterior improvements must
submit for approval prior to beginning the project. This includes landscaping,
fencing, decks, dog runs, and sheds, to name but a few. You must submit a
request form with a plat map of your improvement. You?’ll need to indicate on the
map or make a drawing showing each item of your improvement. Be specific in
the types of trees, rock, sod, etc. If you are planning to build a deck, patio or
shed, give the dimensions and placement on the map. Try to be as specific as
possible about your improvement.
It is extremely important that all exterior improvements be approved by the
Architectural Control Committee. This is a requirement of the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
