Parking Issues

Mar 27, 2003

There are still parking issues within your
community. Please once again review and follow
these community Covenants and guidelines:
Under Article 3.26 in your Covenants
states?—No boat, camper, trailer, tractor,
industrial or commercial vehicle, towed
trailer unit, disabled, junk, or abandoned
vehicles, motor home, recreational vehicle,
or any other vehicle, the primary purpose of
which is recreational, sporting or commercial
use, shall be parked or stored in, on or
about any property, Lot or street within the
Common Interest Community.
There are to be no homeowners or visitors
parking in front of stop signs or blocking
driveways at any time. Parking in these
areas impedes drivers views or denies them
proper access. This can cause an accident
and result in the vehicle being towed at the
owner?’s expense.
There are still complaints from homeowners
regarding vehicles being parked in ways that
are offensive to neighbors. Please
remember to park your vehicle in your own
garage, or on your driveway. If you must
park in the street, park in front of your own
home ?— not your neighbors. Once again,
the Board will have vehicles towed at the
owner?’s expense.
Working on vehicles (tire/oil changes,
engine repairs, etc.) in the community on
driveways and streets is prohibited.
The Association is asking all residents to help
identify and report parking problems with a
neighbor. Please contact Dawn at 303-420-4433
x 247.
