Air Conditioning Units

Summer gets closer day by day! This is just a
friendly reminder that all air conditioning (and
heating) elements must be ground-mounted. The
HOA attempted to amend the legal documents to
allow air conditioners to be mounted in windows
for a specified time; however, the community did
not supply enough votes for the amendment.
Therefore, air conditioning units or swamp coolers
are still not allowed to be window-mounted at any
time, per the standing Association Covenants.
The Board?’s fiduciary duty is to follow the
Association?’s legal documents, which require a
2/3 vote by the HOA members to be changed.
Also, any visible black cables or wires (i.e cable or
satellite) must be painted to match the base color
of the home.
