The city trerasurer and the city clerk and each currently make 125 a month before taxes. In July it will be 150 a month.

You stated that the city treasurer and city clerk will each make $150.00 monthly beginning in July.  Is that not a bit preseumtous as the 2011-12 Budget has not yet received Second Reading and Finale Vote?  Or is that the result of the Executive Session?  Or is it also the same ole same ole of things in Bellemeade being arbitrarily decided without citizen input? 

Also, Beautification still gets $2500.00 plus the Commission pays out $5700.00 for landscape care.  And on the point, Mr. E. is way way way underpaid based on what he has to correct that went to the dogs when the Beautification Committee was in charge of and paid out over 11 grand for landscape care.  We can not afford the Beautification Committee.  Repeal the ordinance.
