I agree w/ Earl on the priorities. I also wanted to thank the voices in our neighborhood for standing up for what we value and sharing their research w/ us.
Regarding the referral bonus....in case others didn't know, there is a $500 bonus currently in place if someone you refer signs a contract. Our family has actually recieved this bonus for one referral so I know it was in effect at that time (last year). Now $1000 does sound better!
