FYI

Both ponds belong to the Lakes of River Trails HOA (Mr. Newell). It is deeded land and they are the lawful owners.

Is it indeed true that the Lakes of River Trails HOA has agree to let River Trails residence use the pond?

If you "deed"  the land,  then how can you still own it? 

"Deed:   signed and usually sealed instrument containing some legal transfer, bargain, or contract."

It was also my understanding that Rivertrails residents are allowed to use the lake as well as the Lake of River Trails residents.  Is this true?
