The River Trails Homeowners Association has an informal agreement with Mr. Newell that allows the residents of the River Trails neighborhood to use the lake facilities. These privileges can be revoked at any time if they are abused or if they change their mind. So, please be mindful of others and respect the area.

Is the agreement with River Trails Association or the Lakes of River Trails Association or both?  What I guess I am trying to ask here is - does everyone living in Rivertrails and the Lakes of Rivertrails have access / privileges / permission from Mr. Newell to both  lakes?

Oh great, an informal agreement. Is this on file with FWPD, or should I be worried about getting cited for tresspassing there too? I mean please, I was told by someone who was told by someone, who has a friend,... that I can walk my dog around the lakes to the west of us. WRONG, people can be fined. I was told by someone who was told by someone, who has a friend,... that my kids can play on the greenbelt. WRONG, previous posts have said that the greenbelt belongs to Mr. Newell and he has not given permission to anybody. Now we have "an informal agreement". What exactly is that?

I think we need to elect some new homeowner association people.
