Floriland NHW

In the fall of 2013, Tampa Police Department Grids 18 and 10 combined to form Floriland Neighborhood Watch.  Grid 18 was known as "Eagle Eye" and had been active for about 14 years.  Grid 10 "Linebaugh Estates" was active between 2010 until 2012.

On October 30, 2014, residents voted to establish a Civic Association and include membership to those residents living between Country Club and Fowler Avenue, south to Busch Boulevard, as well as from North Boulevard, east to I-275.  This would not be a Homeowner's Association imposing stringent rules and regulations or charging high membership fees.

Our association is designed to help bring the community together and address the issues which can lead to the decline of a neighborhood.
