Any suggestions on how to get more of the residents involved in Glendale II projects. It seems like the same handful of people do the work while many just talk.
It needs to be automatic for residents to clean up their streets of debris and not leave it for ''the next person'' to do it. |

Suggestion
A suggestion from one Community to another. Go door to door and Handout Flyers letting people in the community know what you need. Insert the flyers on the side of their mailboxes or in their screen doors. You will be amazed on the people that are actually willing to help. If you see them outside while handing out the flyers, talk to them and politely ask and let them know what need. It worked in our community. P.S. You may have to do the flyers at least two times before you get a response though. |
