1. Common Ground Maintenance
2. Snow Plowing, Salting & Sanding
By far the largest expense in our budget
3. Community Watch Program
4. Seasonal Family Events
Santa's Visit, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade, & The Community Family Picnic.
