Foster-Powell Neighborhood Association
Description and Meeting Info
Foster-Powell is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the City. We have a very diverse population, with a thriving business corridor, beautiful parks, churches, and homes. Foster-Powell is close to shopping, theaters, and services.
Meeting Information
Foster-Powell Neighborhood Association meetings are FRIENDLY, FUN and INFORMATIVE. They are always on the 2nd Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Coffee Lovers, 4124 SE 60th Ave (one block north of Foster).
The neighborhood boundaries are Foster Road, Powell Blvd., and 82nd Avenue. If you live within these boundaries, you are a member of the neighborhood association. Please come to the next meeting. Please call Tracy at 503.788.3315 if you have accessibility concerns. The building is wheelchair accessible.

General meetings are held on the second Monday of every month in Parish Hall at St. Anthony Village, 3618 SE 79th (green and white building, south entrance) from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
