To administer the land use restrictions limiting the use of land described as Founder's Ridge Section 1 and Founder's Ridge Section 2 as both are designated and delineated on the recorded plats of subdivision as respectively recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 82 and 83 and Plat Book 79, Page 13, 14 adn 15, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.
